In one word, maintenance! Arctic Spas automated Spa Boy system uses medical grade sensors and salt to maintain the water balance for you. This results in perfect spa water with very little interaction from the owner. Chlorine spas require frequent testing and manual dosing to ensure correct water balance.

Absolutely! We have a showroom based Douglas with our most popular products on display. We are there most days of the week, so you can come in, see the products, and ask any questions before making a decision. We are the only showroom on the island where you can do this!

We absolutely do. We carry out the complete installation for any of our products. To make sure everything goes smoothly, we even do a free site survey before you purchase to check we can achieve what you want.

Yes, we sell the Chilltub, which is a fantastic, well-known ice bath offering great value. Paired with any of our saunas or hot tubs, this is the perfect combo for contrast therapy.

We have been trading since 2015 and are the longest running hot tub, sauna & outdoor living company on the island. If you buy from us you will have piece of mind knowing we are only a phone call away. 

We simply supply, install, and maintain the products, so we don't handle landscaping or building work directly. But don't worry—we help you find a local builder to clear space and put a concrete pad down. For electrics, we can recommend local electricians who are professional & reliable.

You call us directly! We handle all repairs, spare parts shipping, and aftercare. You never need to deal with the manufacturer. Even when your warranty expires, We still do all the maintenance work for you.

While our flagship Tylo saunas are indoor only, we have some fantastic outdoor options. We offer the sleek Yakia sauna range, Hekla traditional outdoor cubes, and stunning high-end EIRA outdoor saunas.

We certainly do. We keep a large supply of water care products for all of our spas. You can pop in anytime to pick up your filters, salt or chemicals when needed.

Yes, we offer Remanso pergolas which are perfect shelters for our hot tubs and kitchens. They have stunning features like motorised roof louvers, LED lights, heaters, and electric blinds.
